VMOU (previously known as Kota Open University) is a state-level open university located in Kota, Rajasthan. VMOU offers scholarship aids for differently-abled students, this scholarship is provided by the NHFDC. Under this financial scheme, a total number of 2500 students will be provided financial assistance which covers course fees, maintenance allowance, books & stationery allowance, and aids & appliances for the students studying professional or technical degree or PG level curriculum. Candidates having an annual family income of less than INR 2.5 lakhs (for SC) and INR 1.5 lakhs (for OBC) are eligible to apply for scholarships.
