The Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) was founded in 1982 and is an autonomous, Natural Resource Service Training institute of Forestry located in Bhopal. The sectoral specialized college has financial assistance from SIDA. The institute is ranked 8th overall in the country by MHRD. IIFM Bhopal offers admission in two-year full-time residential flagship PGDFM and PGDSM program. IIFM Bhopal has all the course assistance from the IIM Ahmedabad and shortlists candidates on the basis of CAT/XAT score. The minimum IIFM Bhopal CAT Cut off required for admission to courses is 85 percentile. Candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s from a recognized university are eligible to apply through the online procedure.

Scholarship to SC students: 4 scholarships are available to SC category students at IIFM subject to fulfillment of the conditions laid down by the Ministry. The scholarship will cover the expenditure of full-fee and lodging boarding charges, books, and stationary charges at a fixed rate.
Scholarship to ST students: 5 scholarships are available to ST category students at IIFM subject to fulfillment of the conditions laid down by the Ministry. The scholarship will cover the expenditure of full- fee, lodging and boarding charges, books and stationary charges.
Merit-based Scholarships: available for the 20 students offered by the Institute based on the merit obtained in the qualifying exams.
