Apeejay Stya University Gurgaon

Online Mode:

1. Click on the tab "Apply Now Admission" and the page will be direct you to the ASU online admission portal.
2. Read the instructions and click to "Apply Now".
3. The Online Application form will appear on the screen which will comprise of seven sections titled as: Personal, Address, Education, Exam, Work, Documents and Declaration.
4. Applicants need to fill up information in the fields marked as mandatory.
5. After filling up the complete details applicants are required to pay the application fee of INR 1100 via Debit Card/Credit Card or Net Banking.
6. Save the application fee for future reference.

Note: Upon registration and payment of application fees, candidates would be intimidated about the admission process on their respective E-mail IDs.

Offline Mode:

1. The application form can be downloaded from the website under the tab "Offline Application Form".
2. The duly filled in form should be submitted along with necessary document and a Demand Draft of INR 1100 drawn in favour of "Apeejay Stya Education Foundation", payable at New Delhi.
3. The application form should be submitted at (post/courier) any one of Admission Office/ Apeejay Institution.

• Class 10 passing certificate
• Class 12 marksheet & passing certificate
• Bachelor''s degree certificate
• Proof of date of birth
• Character certificate
• Medical certificate
• Entrance exam scorecard
• Six passport-size photographs (required for ID card, library card, etc.)
• Photocopy of ID proof (Driving License, School ID, etc.)
• Original registration payment receipt
• Undertaking by parents and students

Merit Scholarships:

The merit-based scholarships can be availed by students who have achieved the minimum performance standard in competitive examinations. Candidates with a weaker economic background can also apply. The financial aid is facilitated on a merit-cum-means basis.

Grants and Fellowships:

The students applying for Master''s and Doctoral courses can apply for research grants and teaching fellowships. These scholarships allow students to work as faculty or research assistant in ongoing projects and academic courses.

Apeejay Stya University Scholarship Criteria:

The students applying for a scholarship at the Apeejay Stya University must meet the below-mentioned criteria:

• Class 12 pass from CBSE or equivalent board recognised by ASU with a minimum of 93% aggregate.
• Candidates who are awaiting the results but secured 93% aggregate in pre-boards are eligible to apply.
