Only wards of JCOs and other ranked service members and veterans from Indian Army artillery regiments are eligible for this scholarship. SBUP will cover the full cost of tuition for eight students—four boys and four girls—who will receive this scholarship.
All six headquarters of the various artillery centers—HQ Southern Command (arty), HQ South-Western Command (arty), HQ Eastern Command (arty), HQ Western Command (arty), HQ Northern Command (arty), and HQ Central Command (arty)—have received an official notification from the Director-General of Artillery, Delhi, announcing the scholarship.
