About East Point Group of Institutions
East Point College was established in 1997 and is managed by the M. G. Charitable Trust. East Point Group of Institutions has a multi-disciplinary campus with a total of 12 colleges that offer courses to students in affiliation with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), VTU, and Bengaluru North University (BNU).

1. The scholarship was established in the memory and respect of beloved Founder Chairman, Dr.S.M. Venkatpathi to provide financial assistance to the poor and meritorious students to enable them to pursue Professional and Technical courses.
2. Every year EPGI Offering Scholarships worth Rs. 2 crores is made available to the students.
Dr. S. M. Venkatpathi Scholarship:
M. G. Charitable Trust awards this Scholarship to meritorious students. Students can avail 100% Scholarship Awarded on a merit-cum-means basis. The total amount of Tuition Fee can be availed over the duration of the degree programme.
