About IIM Kashipur
IIM Kashipur began conducting business in 2011 under the guidance of IIM Lucknow. One of the 13 new IIMs established by the government with the eleventh five-year plan is IIM Kashipur. Despite being a newcomer, IIM Kashipur has managed to achieve a high rating in its brief life. The National Institutional list Framework (NIRF) list of the top 100 prominent business schools in India placed IIM Kashipur at number 33 in 2020. In the Outlook-CARE India MBA Rankings 2020, IIM Kashipur is similarly rated 9. Over 42 full-time and 32 visiting faculty members work at IIM Kashipur. The institute is situated in Udham Singh Nagar, Kashipur, Uttarakhand, and spans 200 acres.
The Institute, which is located in one of the most heavily industrialized areas, intends to give "Learning by Doing." Live projects and industrial trips are examples of "doing." At the PG and PhD levels, the institute offers four different management courses. Additionally, it provides Management Development Programs (MDPs), a type of executive education meant to improve the competencies of managers and executives operating at various levels.
