1. GATE Registration – Register as “New User” and proceed as mentioned in the guide. After successful registration, you will get access to GOAPS with the credentials you entered.
2. Fill GATE Application Form 2024 – Login using GOAPS Enrollment ID and GOAPS Password and start filling the application form which include details such as educational qualification, personal details, etc.
3. Upload Required Documents – Upload Image, Signature, Eligibility Certificate, SC/ST Certificate and PwD Certificate as per the given specifications.
4. Payment of GATE Application Fees – Payment can be done through credit card, debit card, or net banking.

1. The Merit Cum Means Scholarship is given based on the students’ merit scores during entrance exams or their most recent qualification.
2. The scholarship provides students with a monthly allowance of INR 1000 as well as a full tuition waiver.
3. A candidate must have maintained a minimum CPI of 6.5 to be eligible for the MCM scholarship; else, the monthly stipend would be taken away.
4. Candidates who fall under the SC/ST category or whose annual family income is less than 4.5 lakhs are eligible for the MCM Scholarship.
