The School of Innovation and Management (SoIM) is a private institute established in 2022. The institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute is also a member of IIM Ahmedabad, AIMA, and the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). SOIM works under the management of G Narayanamma Institute of Technology & Science (GNITS) and G Pulla Reddy Charities Trust.
